I was very impressed with how mindful he was of who was looking around. It was several months before we were ready to sell and he kept in touch. When we were ready, he guided us through the process. He said there would be no problem selling and worked with us to place it on market once we moved out. We had multiple offers above our asking price in 2 days. There were some issues from the buyer side after we went under contract but he guided us through that challenge. It was a stressful time but David was just wonderful through everything. Simply put, I needed an expert in the field... the absolute best! I thought my request was too much and simply unreachable. Their team is as good as they come with solid advice. Jonathan is excellent at what he does. He is a pro at taking pictures. He does such a great job with the first step buyers do, which is look online at your home. Very knowledgeable about the market, easy to work with. He actually helped us find our home 8 years ago when we were new to the area, and helped us sell that same home. Sell was very quick, for a great sale price, closing was easy with no delays. Would definitely recommend Team Lee.

We were first time home buyers and pretty much clueless on the home buying process. From day 1, Jonathan was very helpful explaining to us the home buying process while letting us focus on one step at a time and not overwhelming us.
