We were recommended to Jonathan from another real estate agent and are we glad! We were first time home buyers and pretty much clueless on the home buying process. From day 1, Jonathan was very helpful explaining to us the home buying process while letting us focus on one step at a time and not overwhelming us. He was very open to showing us houses when we wanted and was always prompt and on time. During the showing process, Jonathan was good at letting my fiance and I develop our opinions and look at the aesthetics of the house but would chime in on the important details we would often overlook (roof, HVAC, etc..). He was also very knowledgeable about the area we were looking to buy. Once we found our home Jonathan's expertise on the process really began to shine. We found ourselves in a multiple offer situation and I fully believe that without Jonathan's strategy and negotiation skills we would not have gotten the house. Just before connecting with David, I experienced with another realtor who (to give it a positive spin) helped me define all the things I needed in a realtor. Simply put, I needed an expert in the field... the absolute best! I thought my request was too much and simply unreachable. After parting ways with that realtor, I almost decided to sign another lease with my apartment complex... THEN... I connected with David. David assured me we would quickly find a home I LOVE... even in this sellers' market. I was doubtful but he held to his word. David sent me home options to review EVERY DAY. I met David while attending an open house in my neighborhood. I was very impressed with how mindful he was of who was looking around. It was several months before we were ready to sell and he kept in touch. When we were ready, he guided us through the process. He said there would be no problem selling and worked with us to place it on market once we moved out. We had multiple offers above our asking price in 2 days. There were some issues from the buyer side after we went under contract but he guided us through that challenge. It was a stressful time but David was just wonderful through everything.
